If you have just installed Eclipse and Java runtime and when you launch the software you get an error:

"Could not find Java SE Runtime Environment."

then here are something you could try:

1. Try to remove Java from Control Panel, and reinstall it.

2. If still not working try to install the full version Java SE Development Kit 7 Downloads. (this works for me).

3. Check the registry keys and make sure it is not mess up.

Open regedt32.

a. KEY: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\JavaSoft\Java Runtime Environment
String Value: CurrentVersion = 1.7
